The craft beer amaros of Birrificio San Quirico are produced starting with the same raw materials used to brew our beer (malt and hops) which then undergo an alcoholic maceration, a subsequent filtration, and the addition of sugar. This crucial step allows us to capture the very essence of our distinctive beer flavors, transforming these raw ingredients into a harmonious symphony of taste and aroma that is uniquely our own.
