Beerbone

BeerBone is the result of a scientific collaboration with a spinoff of the University of Siena aimed at studying in the laboratory the effectiveness of this beer (rich in silicon) against ostheoporosis and osteoarthritis*. It is a fresh beer with a low alcohol content that can accompany a first course, a pizza or can be enjoyed as a thirst-quenching drink. 

*The first results have been published in the international scientific journal: Functional food 54 (2019) 109-118.

Style

Clear double malt raw, unpasteurized and unfiltered beer. Refermented in the bottle. (Saison)
