This beer was born as a tribute to the friendship between Roberto Rappuoli, founder of the San Quirico Brewery and Father Giancarlo, a French friar and Prior of the Abbey of Frigolet, with whom the recipes were developed.
Lager beer easy to drink, slightly bitter, fresh and thirst-quenching. Suitable to accompany pizza and pasta or even alone for a break during the day.
Albumen. Raw, unpasteurized and unfiltered beer. Refermented in the bottle. (Medium fermentation Saison)
Vivo d'Orcia water barley malt, cereals, hops, yeast, cardamom, coriander, spices.
Store in a cool place and away from light.
