BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) delivers the products ordered by the customer to the address indicated by the customer on the purchase order using express couriers. The goal of BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) is to always safeguard the product, ensuring its perfect preservation throughout the trip. We ship everywhere in Italy and the rest of the world. For shipments outside of Italy, it is necessary to also verify the need to present the documentation requested by the country of destination. In addition, in the countries of the EEC area it is necessary to be an officially registered importer with an "excise duty" code. We inform you that, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, the data provided during registration on this site are collected for shipping and possible invoicing of the order.
In case of failure to provide the data, the order will not be successful. 

BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) undertakes to treat such data confidentially and not to disclose them to unauthorized persons, nor to use them for purposes other than those indicated herein, unless otherwise explicitly authorized by the Customer. These data may be communicated, subject to the signing of a confidentiality agreement, to collaborators and employees delegated to their conservation and to carry out the aforementioned activities and will be disclosed exclusively within the scope of the purposes of the service rendered. These data will also be presented at the request of the authorities authorized by law. Owner and manager of the processing of personal data is: "legal representative pro tempore" on behalf of BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL). In relation to the processing of personal data, the customer may directly and at any time, exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, including obtaining the indication of:

The customer will also have the right to obtain:

• the updating, rectification, or integration of data;
• the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
  The customer will also have the right to object, in whole or in part:
• for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
• to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) guarantees that the products delivered will be equal to those indicated and described on the site and in compliance with all the rules regarding the conservation of products until the time of delivery to the place indicated in the order. The images on the site are provided to the Customer to facilitate the recognition of the products. Due to variations in packaging, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered. As required by the Consumer Code D.LGS 206/2005 (former right of withdrawal) and D.L. 21/2014, Customers of BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) are entitled to the money-back guarantee with the possibility of returning the products purchased within 14 working days of receipt, except in the case of products that by their nature cannot be returned as easily perishable food items or personalized items. The right of withdrawal is the right of physical persons (individuals) who are acting for purposes not directly related to any professional activity they may carry out. Therefore, retailers and companies are excluded from this right.

You must send a registered letter with a return receipt to the address below or an e-mail to info@birrificiosanquirico.it within 14 working days of receiving the goods.

In the communication, the customer must indicate the product or products for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to return the purchased products in good condition with the original labels not removed.
• The packaging of the products must be accurate, in order to protect the original packaging from damage, the affixing of writings or labels.
• The products must be returned by express courier at the customer’s own expense.
• It is advisable to use a traceable and insured shipping method as it will not be the responsibility of BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) the loss, non-receipt, or damage of the material sent.
• The goods will be refunded by BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) after checking the content and condition of the products, within 14 days of receiving the communication by the customer.
  BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) will fully reimburse the expenses incurred by the customer at the time of purchase.

AVAILABILITY

BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) undertakes to include on the site only products currently available. If the products are not currently in stock or in the event that timely delivery cannot be guaranteed, it will be the responsibility of BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) to adequately report the unavailability of the product.

Placing the order by the customer is also valid as acceptance of any partial delivery, limited to the products available within those ordered, as well as a waiver to request compensation and/or indemnity in this regard.
BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) undertakes, however, in accordance with the law, to promptly inform the customer of any sudden unavailability of the ordered product in order to agree on the continuation of the order or its modification with similar products.

PRICES

The prices of the products indicated in the various sections of this site include VAT (unless otherwise indicated).
The prices applied to each sale are those indicated on the site at the time of the order by the Customer and are subject to change.
The price of the products purchased, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer when ordering online, by credit card or digital payment systems (PayPal, Satispay, Stripe .....) or bank transfer in advance. The tax documentation will be issued by BIRRIFICIO SAN QUIRICO (MTL TOSCANA SRL) at the time of delivery.

INVOICING

To obtain an invoice it is necessary to indicate your Tax Code at the time of the order and to make an express request in the notes of the order itself.
The invoice will be issued at the same time as the shipment of the goods and sent with it.
